Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. You have to send your returns and exchanges using contracted cargo companies Yurtiçi Kargo and MNG Cargo. Returns and exchanges sent with cargo companies other than Yurtiçi Cargo and MNG Cargo are not accepted.
